Hefei Windiwill IC Design Co Ltd

Windiwill is dedicated to the computing power and transmission market, aiming to become a large-scale optical transmission supplier for data centers and supercomputing centers in China. Its predecessor was Shenzhen Ximei Semiconductor Technology Co., LTD., which was established in 2016, and it moved to Lingang, Shanghai in 2022. Its founder is a returnee from a major North American company with an average working experience of 20 years and an average doctoral degree from the United States. The design team consists of top international IC design masters. All the marketing personnel have market supply experience with annual sales of over 10 billion US dollars and are familiar with customers throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

In 2023, it received tens of millions of yuan in Pre-A round investment from Midea Holdings. In the first quarter of 2024, it received joint A round investment from leading domestic semiconductor companies and local governments, making large-scale layouts in the computing power and transmission markets in the Asia-Pacific region.
